Nature Therapy
Join us for a rejuvenating day of nature therapy! Leave your worries behind and immerse yourself in the beauty of the great outdoors. This in-person event will take place at 2016 Elliott Ave NW, where you'll be surrounded by GRuB's farmland and soothing sounds of nature while we gather in peer support, communion, and immerse ourselves in holistic self-care. When it's too cold for comfort, events are inside the GRuB farm house on the corner. Come on in and join us!

Welcome to our June 2024 online healing circle for women of color led by the amazing Annie Sayo! Join us for 9 days of deep healing, connection, and empowerment. This circle is a safe space where we can come together, support each other, and grow spiritually. Annie will guide us through the 9-day agenda, the fast and nutritional detox, foods to avoid during our healing circle, the journal prompts that encourage reflection, and discuss participation in guided meditations and yin yoga, in the pursuit to help us heal and thrive. This experience will include an intimate nature walk at Olympia's beloved Squaxin Park. We'll discuss philosophy, wellness, foraging and sustainability, enjoy a meditation workshop, & be introduced to the nonprofit, C.A.R.E. Your experience will include a mindful walk, group meditation, with an option to independently continue exploring more of the Budd Inlet.
